Gimbel <br />Applicant: Central Colorado Water Conservancy District CWCB Director <br />Well Augmentation Subdistrict <br />Attn: Danyelle McCannon <br />3209 W. 28th Street <br />Greeley, CO 80634 <br />The Applicant has applied for an Agricultural Emergency Drought Response grant from <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Fund's Severance Tax Trust Fund Perpetual Base <br />Account pursuant to C.R.S. § 37 -60 -123.5 which provides loans or grants to agricultural <br />organizations for emergency drought - related water augmentation purposes. <br />Pursuant to the conditions of C.R.S. § 37 -60- 123.5, the Applicant is an agricultural <br />organization and the Applicant's area has received an emergency drought designation or <br />a disaster emergency has been proclaimed due to drought. <br />Therefore, the Director of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the State Engineer <br />have consulted with the Commissioner of Agriculture and the Executive Director of the <br />Department of Natural Resources, and agree to award a grant in the amount of <br />$216.577.68 to said Applicant. <br />z&� zdoi:l <br />nifer V Gim , Director <br />lorado ater onservation Board <br />Ick Wolfe, State En ' er <br />Division of Water Resources <br />
