3. Please provide a brief narrative description of sources of funding, in addition to the CWCB, which
have been explored for this project.
Ordway Feedyard explored funding possibilities with DOLA and CDPHE. Both agencies said they
would like to support the project but had no available funds.
Ordway Feedyard has funded Phase I of this project, including preliminary design and rehabilitation
of existing facilities. Traditional lending interest rates would put this project out of reach for the
company.
WSRA Basin Roundtable and Statewide Grant funding has been applied for and approved at the
Basin Roundtable level.
4. What collateral will you be offering for this loan? Possibilities include a pledge of revenues, the
project itself, real estate, water rights.
The project itself will be offered as collateral, as well as land or water rights assets to be determined
during loan review.
The above statements are true, to the best of my knowledge:
Signature of Applicant:
Printed Name: Tyler Karney
Title: Manager
Date: 1!2913
