<br />1000 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631 an the COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION
<br />BOARD, a state board of Department of Natural Resources of the State of
<br />Colorado, GRANTEE, whose legal address is 721 State Centennial Building, 1313
<br />Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
<br />WITNESSETH, that the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
<br />DOLLAR and other good and sufficient consideration, the receipt and
<br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and
<br />conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm,
<br />unto the grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all of the real
<br />property, together with improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the
<br />County of Larimer and State of Colorado, described as follows:
<br />All that certain storage reservoir known as Peterson Lake Reservoir,
<br />located in the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 22, the Southwest Quarter
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 SW 1/4) of Section 23, the Northwest Quarter
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 NW 1/4) of Section 26, and the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4 NE 1/4) of Section 27, Township 7
<br />North, Range 75 West of the Sixth P.M., together with all dams, embankments,
<br />inlet ditches, outlet gates, and outlet ditches, and all improvements,
<br />constructions, and appurtenances connected therewith, expressly including all
<br />rights now owned or hereafter acquired in and to the Trap Creek inlet ditch,
<br />having its head gate in Section 21, Township 7 North, Range 75 West of the
<br />Sixth P.M., and the Corral Creek inlet ditch, having its head gate in Section
<br />33, Township 7 North, Range 75 West of the Sixth P.M., as more particularly
<br />described in that certain map and statement recorded A,ugtSt'2j, 1922 in File
<br />No. 1037 of the records of the County Clerk and R�cpr,Ukr of;Lorimer County,
<br />Colorado, and all water rights and appropriations noio,,or- hereafter effected or
<br />initiated by the construction or use of said Reservoir and said.dtches and
<br />all enlargements or extensions thereof, together- '.w. plats,
<br />statements, and filings made therefor and parttqul,arly,"th,cit: certain map and
<br />statement recorded October 17, 1921 in File N "6 i � t�ie`frecords of the
<br />County Clerk and Recorder of Larimer County, Colorado and all easements from
<br />the United States appurtenant to the Reservoir.

<br />reversions, remainder
<br />all the estate, right,
<br />grantor, either in law
<br />with the hereditaments
<br />and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />is anywise appertaining, and the reversion and
<br />and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and
<br />title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the
<br />or equity, of, in and to the above - bargained premises,
<br />and appurtenances.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises bargained and described, with the
<br />appurtenances, unto the grantee, its successors and assigns forever. And the
<br />grantor, for himself, his heirs and personal representatives, does covenant,
<br />grant, bargain and agree to and with the grantee, its successors and assigns,
<br />that at the time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents, he is well
