, Attached for your records are the original documents relative to the agreement between
the City of Greeley (City) and the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), Loan Contract
No. C153618, dated July 17, 1992, as amended. The documents have been stamped "PAID IN
FULL" denoting that the terms of the agreement have been satisfied in full by the City. Also,
under separate cover letter are the original documents for Feasibility Report Contract, Contract
No. C153467, which was partially merged into Loan Contract No. C153618.
Attached is the original Quit Claim Deed recorded March 7, 2013, which transfers the
collateral back to the City. The original Warranty Deed recorded July 10, 1992, is also included
for your records.
Also attached are two original Requests for Full Release of Deed of Trust and Release
from the Larimer County Public Trustee and one original Deed of Trust dated February 1, 2000,
and the other dated February 7, 1995. The deeds were inadvertently recorded in Weld County
but since the property resides in Larimer County, it could not be released by Weld County;
however, this collateral is free and clear. Please see Colorado Revised Statutes, 38 -39 -102 (8.5)
