<br />THIS DEED made this ^=� day of , 1991, between
<br />the CITY OF GREELEY, Colorado, a municipal corporation organized
<br />and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
<br />Colorado, GRANTOR; whose legal address is 1000 Tenth Street,
<br />Greeley, Colorado 80631 and the COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION
<br />BOARD, a state board of Department of Natural Resources of the
<br />State of Colorado, GRANTEE, whose legal address is 721 State
<br />Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado
<br />80203.
<br />WITNESSETH, That the grantor, for and in consideration of
<br />the sum of ONE DOLLAR and other good and sufficient
<br />consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by
<br />these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm,
<br />unto the grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all of the
<br />real property, together with improvements, if any, situate, lying
<br />and being in the County of Larimer and State of Colorado,
<br />described as follows:

<br />Fifty percent (50 %) of all interest in a certain water
<br />storage reservoir known as Commanche Reservoir, located in
<br />the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 11, and the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 12, Township 7 North,
<br />m
<br />Range 74 West of the Sixth P.M., together with all dams,
<br />embankments, inlet ditches, outlet gates, and outlet
<br />ditches, and all improvements, constructions, and
<br />appurtenances connected therewith, together with all maps,
<br />plats, statements, and filings made therefor, and
<br />particularly that certain map and statement recorded June
<br />25, 1924 in File No. 1060 of the records of the County Clerk
<br />and Recorder of Larimer County, Colorado and all easements
<br />from the United States appurtenant to the Reservoir.
<br />TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances.thereunto belonging or is anywise appertaining, and
<br />the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,
<br />issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title,
<br />interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the grantor, either in
<br />law or equity, of, in and to the above - bargained premises, with
<br />the hereditaments and appurtenances.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises bargained and 0-
<br />described , with the appurtenances, unto the grantee, its
<br />successors and assigns forever. And the grantor, for himself, (� O
