<br />THIS DEED is made this 30th day of June 1993,
<br />between THE TERRACE IRRIGATION COMPANY, a Colorado Corporation,
<br />the legal address of which is 835 First Avenue, Monte Vista,
<br />Colorado, 81144, Grantor and the STATE OF COLORADO for the use
<br />and benefit of the Department of Natural Resources (Colorado
<br />Water Conservation Board) 721 State Centennial Building, 1313
<br />Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, 80203, Grantee.
<br />WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of
<br />the terms, covenants, and conditions set forth in that document
<br />designated as "Project Contract and Promissory Note" has
<br />granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents
<br />does grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the
<br />Grantee, its successors and assigns forever all of the
<br />Grantor's interest in the real property together with
<br />improvements, if any, situate in the County of Conejos, and
<br />State of Colorado, described as follows:

<br />Johnny R. Cordova, Walter I. Cordova, the United States
<br />Department of Interior acting by and through the Bureau of Land
<br />\, Management, Benito Muniz, Alice Muniz, Kenneth C. Casey Inc.,
<br />The Terrace Irrigation Company, James E. Bright, William E.
<br />Coxen, William J. Molnar, Eugene J. Brienza, Laurence M.
<br />Guilford, Zena N. Guilford, Clifford Coleman, Ruby Virginia
<br />Coleman, James E. Gyrofy, Nida M. Gyrofy, Helen P. Carlson,
<br />Bernie D. Ford, Carole E. Ford, Norlynn Sagehorn, Mollie
<br />Sagehorn Mar, Fred L. Miller, Linda G. Miller, Kent Reinhardt,
<br />Vivian C. Reinhardt, Rodney A. Reinhardt, Virginia A. Dellelo,
<br />the respective descriptions of said right -of way easement or

<br />in width being twenty feet on either side of the following
<br />described centerline:

<br />Quarter of the Northeast uuarter of Section Six from which
<br />the North Sixteenth Corner of Sections Five and Six ( as
<br />monumented by a 30" long No. 6 rebar pin with an attached
<br />319 inch aluminum cap set by RLS #22583) bears South
<br />89 °42'59" East a distance of 185.21 feet; thence North
<br />51 °04'00" East a distance of 228.56 feet to a point on the
<br />East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of Section Six; thence North 51 004100" East a
<br />distance of 2212.99 feet to a point on the North line of
<br />the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Five.
