The easement is 40 feet in width being 20 feet on
either side of the following described centerline, the
intention being that the easement begins on the south
line of Section Thirty -six and ends on the North line
of Section Thirty -six and that the sides of the
easement will be extended or trimmed to the section
lines.
Beginning at a point on the South line of the West Half
of Section Thirty -six, Township Thirty -seven North,
Range Seven East, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Rio
Grande County, Colorado, from which the South Quarter
Corner of said Section as monumented by a 30 inch No. 6
rebar rod with a 3.25 inch aluminum cap set by RLS
