<br />That easement, located in the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty- seven, Township

<br />Thirty -six North, Range Seven East, New Mexico
<br />Principal Meridian, Conejos County, Colorado, and is
<br />8 -7 -96 for an irrigation lateral, the right to build and
<br />EXEMPT maintain said lateral, and all appurtenances thereof.
<br />The easement is 50 feet in width, being 25 feet on
<br />�? either side of the following described centerline, the
<br />sidelines of said easement being extended or shortened
<br />�1 to intersect the Sixteenth or Quarter Section Lines as
<br />appropriate:
<br />Beginning at a point on the South line of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty -
<br />seven from which the West Center Sixteenth Corner of
