QUIT CLAIM DEED
<br />TERRACE IRRIGATION COMPANY, whose address is 92.4 First Avenue, Monte Vista,
<br />Colorado, 81144, County of Conejos, and State of Colorado, for the consideration of
<br />Other Good and Valuable Considerations and TEN AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($10.00), in hand
<br />paid, hereby sells and quit claims to the COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD, DEPART-
<br />MENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, STATE OF COLORADO, whose address is 1313 Sherman Street,
<br />:Denver, Colorado, 80203, County of Denver, and State of Colorado, the following real
<br />property, in the County of Conejos, and State of Colorado, to -wit:
<br />(a) A steel pipe, 5/16 inch thick, 48 inch diameter 269+ feet'long,
<br />inside the existing reservoir rock outlet tunnel; and,
<br />(b) A 42 inch diameter ring jet throttling valve, connected to the
<br />downstream end of the pipe described under (a); and,
<br />(c) Appurtenances and controls necessary for the operation of the
<br />system as described in (a) and (b); and,
<br />(d) Two 48 inch diameter reservoir o gate valves (repaired),
<br />located at the outlet works o isting dam,

<br />This Deed is made in accordance witivljla e°ain Contract heretofore
<br />entered into on the 15th day of Septemb rl, 1 and between the State of
<br />Colorado for the use and benefit of t �arient of Natural Resources (Colorado
<br />Water Conservation Board) and TERRACE A- kIGATION COMPANY, and in accordance with
<br />Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, 37 -60 -,120; PROVIDED HOWEVER, that upon repayment
<br />of funds as called for in the Contract dated September 15, 1980, as the same were
<br />made available by Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, 37 -60 -119, the State of Colorado
<br />shall reconvey said property to the Grantor herein.
