Gimbel <br />CWCB Director <br />Attached for your records are the original documents relative to the agreement between The <br />Terrace Irrigation Company (Company), and the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), <br />Loan Contract No. C153332, dated September 15, 1980, as amended. The documents have been <br />stamped "PAID IN FULL" denoting that the terms of the agreement have been satisfied in full <br />by the Company; however, the repayment of the outstanding loan amount has been transferred to <br />Loan Contract No. C150332. <br />Attached is the original Quit Claim Deed recorded February 25, 2013, which transfers the <br />collateral back to the Company. The original Warranty Deed recorded April 30, 1982, in <br />Conejos County, is included for your records.
