STIPULATION BETWEEN APPLICANT AND LINDA K. HAMMONS AND
RONALD L. HAMMONS
Applicant the Colorado Water Conservation Board ( "Applicant "), and Linda K.
Hammons and Ronald L. Hammon, ( "Objectors ") by and through their attorneys, hereby
stipulate and agree as follows hereby stipulated and agree as follows:
1. Applicant and Objectors desire to enter into this Stipulation for the
purpose of resolving the Objectors' opposition in this case.
2. Applicant and Objectors stipulate and agree to the entry of a ruling and
decree in the above captioned matter on terms and conditions no less restrictive upon
Applicant and no less protective of Objector than those set forth in the proposed decree
attached hereto as Exhibit A dated June 22, 2010.
3. Objector shall remain a party in the above - captioned matter for the limited
purpose of ensuring that any final ruling or decree complies with the terms of this
Stipulation.
4. The parties hereto shall bear their own costs and attorneys' fees.
