Program Effects on Pallid Sturgeon <br />1) How does Program water management affect pallid sturgeon in the lower Platte <br />River? <br />a) Does Program water management affect timing and magnitude of flows in <br />the lower Platte? <br />b) Do changes in timing and magnitude of flows occur at times important in <br />the life history of the pallid sturgeon (spawning, fry survival)? <br />C) Do changes in timing and magnitude of flows occur at times that stimulate <br />movement /migration (upstream/downstream behavior of pallid sturgeon? <br />V. Program Effects on "Other Species" Habitat <br />A. Do Program water and land management activities affect non - target state or federal <br />threatened or endangered species? <br />B.
