11
The Scope of Work was reviewed next, task by task. A copy of Milestone W14-1 was handed out to the consulting
firm representatives and the information that would be provided by the Water Management Committee to the
consultant during the Study was identified. The Water Management Committee will prepare and provide
information for the existing flow conditions, lag and gain/loss factors, and definition of hydrologically connected
ground water.
One copy of the Water Conservation/Supply Notebooks (Notebook) were distributed to the consultants. The
notebooks provide resource materials regarding water conservation/supply studies and contacts for the three States
and the Department of the Interior (DOI). The individuals to be contacted with regard to the information in the
notebooks are:
John Lawson - DOI notebook;
Becky Mathisen - State of Wyoming notebook;
Ann Bleed - State of Nebraska notebook; and
Alan Berryman - State of Colorado notebook.
Please contact the specific notebook contact person identified above to review any reference material in a given
notebook, or the name of the contact individual associated with a specific reference.
Draft contract language for the Study from the States of Wyoming and Colorado were also provided to the
consultants. The contract information is in draft form and needs to be reviewed by the Water Management
Committee to insure that its contents are consistent with the Scope of Work. It was provided at this time to the
consultants as an indication of how the contracts might appear.
Mr. Lawson thanked the consultants for their attendance at the meeting and the meeting adjourned at 11:30 a.m.
PRE0123- 4LM.wpd
