11 <br />The Scope of Work was reviewed next, task by task. A copy of Milestone W14-1 was handed out to the consulting <br />firm representatives and the information that would be provided by the Water Management Committee to the <br />consultant during the Study was identified. The Water Management Committee will prepare and provide <br />information for the existing flow conditions, lag and gain/loss factors, and definition of hydrologically connected <br />ground water. <br />One copy of the Water Conservation/Supply Notebooks (Notebook) were distributed to the consultants. The <br />notebooks provide resource materials regarding water conservation/supply studies and contacts for the three States <br />and the Department of the Interior (DOI). The individuals to be contacted with regard to the information in the <br />notebooks are: <br />John Lawson - DOI notebook; <br />Becky Mathisen - State of Wyoming notebook; <br />Ann Bleed - State of Nebraska notebook; and <br />Alan Berryman - State of Colorado notebook. <br />Please contact the specific notebook contact person identified above to review any reference material in a given <br />notebook, or the name of the contact individual associated with a specific reference. <br />Draft contract language for the Study from the States of Wyoming and Colorado were also provided to the <br />consultants. The contract information is in draft form and needs to be reviewed by the Water Management <br />Committee to insure that its contents are consistent with the Scope of Work.
