<br />Dr. French's research experience and interests are focused on water resources and environmental
<br />problems of and regions. He is also a consultant to many regional, national, and international
<br />consulting firms; and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Nevada, California, and Arizona. In
<br />addition to being a Research Professor in the University and Community College System of
<br />Nevada for more than 20- years, Dr. French is a Senior Consultant to URS, Corporation involving
<br />a project for the Flood Control District of Maricopa County Arizona, Bechtel Infrastructure and
<br />has served as a consultant to many firms and agencies in Las Vegas and throughout the West
<br />regarding flooding on alluvial fans and the design of hydraulic structures.
