<br />Dr. Higgins' research expertise centers on waterfowl ecology and management, habitat
<br />manipulation, and general wildlife ecology and management. Some of his research is specifically
<br />directed at human dimension aspects of resource management. He has an extensive research
<br />reputation, especially addressing northern Great Plains wetlands work.
