Note: It is important to consider that the results of short-term <br />investigations in the initial Dortion of the first increment <br />(along with preceedingavailable data and information) are limited by the hydrologic conditions over <br />these few short years and probably do not consider the appropriate range in variability in hydrology <br />that must be factored into <br />an evaluation of long -term sustainability issues. These long -term questions can be addressed <br />through the modeling effort, which can incorporate a wider range of hydrologic conditions than <br />encountered durina the other investigations. <br />F.
