The actual publication cost is $125.00 per page. A digital copy (AcrobatO) of each paper will be sent to the senior author who will be <br />responsible for distributing it among the co- authors. Use of color is possible, but authors will be expected to pay costs associated with the color printing. <br />SUBSCRIPTIONS <br />Subscriptions cover the calendar years only (January through December): $40.00 per year (domestic); $50.00 per year (Canada) and $60.00 per year <br />(International); $15.00 per individual copy.
