6.3 The Governance Committee will approve, allocate approved funds, and direct the <br />implementation of a system level biological response monitoring plan within six months of <br />implementing a program. <br />6.4 The Governance Committee will approve, allocate approved funds, and direct the <br />implementation of a plan for tracking and accounting and a plan for the appropriate level of <br />biological response monitoring and research for each program land and water action within <br />six months of the initiation of the action. <br />6.5 All aspects of the Program's Integrated Monitoring and Research Plan will be subject to <br />independent peer review, as approved by the Governance Committee. <br />6.6 The results of the Program's Integrated Monitoring and Research Plan will be evaluated <br />annually, to determine if the Program is operating as originally envisioned and to determine <br />if management changes are warranted in accordance with Platte River Adaptive <br />Management. <br />6.7 Monitoring and research will be conducted to determine the impact of the Program's <br />habitat development and maintenance activities and enable modifications to minimize <br />impacts to the environment and adjoining landowners. <br />7. The Wyoming Future Depletion Plan, as may be amended with the approval of the <br />Governance Committee, will be operated during the First Increment of the Program. <br />Explanatory Information <br />7.1 Operate Wyoming's Future Depletion Plan according to the <br />8.
