ii. Legal Descrii3tion. The Course Extension was decreed for up to 10 structures <br />within the channel of Clear Creek in a reach beginning immediately below Structure 7 of the <br />Course, as described above at paragraph 3(A)(2), and extending approximately 2750 feet within <br />the channel of Clear Creek, terminating at a point in the SW1/4 of the SW1 /4 of Section 27, T. 3 <br />S., R. 70 W., of the 6h P.M., approximately 1,300 feet North of the South section line and 800 <br />feet East of the West section line, in Jefferson County. Since June 13, 2001, the City of Golden <br />has built 7 structures that meet the decree terms and has plans to build the remaining 3 structures. <br />The 7 structures constituting the Course Extension are located in Sections 27, 28 and 33, T. 3 S., <br />R. 70 W. of the 6"' P.M., Jefferson County, Colorado. When considering the North line of said <br />Section 33 to bear South 89'40'13 " West, the location of each structure is more specifically as <br />follows: <br />a. Structure No. 8. A structure located in the NE1 /4 of Section 33, at a point within the channel <br />of Clear Creek which bears South 86 °07`13" West, approximately 1620 feet from the NE corner <br />of said Section 33 (the Section corner common to said Sections 27, 2, and 33). <br />b. Structure No. 9. A structure located in the NE1 /4 of said Section 33, at a point within the <br />channel of Clear Creek which bears South 86 °22'24" West, approximately 1540 feet from the <br />NE corner of said Section 33 (the Section corner common to said Sections 27, 28, and 33). <br />c. Structure No. 10. A structure located in the SE1A of said Section 28, at a point within the <br />channel of Clear Creek which bears North 87 °18'58" West, approximately 1260 feet from the SE <br />corner of said Section 28 (the Section corner common to said Sections 27, 28, and 33). <br />d. Structure No. 11. A structure located in the SE1/4 of said Section 28, at a point within the <br />channel of Clear Creek which bears North 73 °50'51" West, approximately 1060 feet from the SE <br />corner of said Section 28 (the Section corner common to said Sections 27, 28, and 33). <br />e. Structure No. 12. A structure located in the SE1 /4 of said Section 28, at a point within the <br />channel of Clear Creek which bears North 50 °39'22" West, approximately 880 feet from the SE <br />corner of said Section 28 (the Section corner common to said Sections 27, 28, and 33). <br />f. Structure No. 13. A structure located in the SE1 /4 of said Section 28, at a point within the <br />channel of Clear Creek which bears North 31 155'10 " West, approximately 870 feet from the SE <br />corner of said Section 28 (the Section corner common to said Sections 27, 28, and 33). <br />g. Structure No. 14. A structure located in the SW 1/4 of said Section 27, at a point within the <br />channel of Clear Creek which bears North 01'04'11 " East, approximately 970 feet from the SW <br />comer of said Section 27 (the Section corner common to said Sections 27, 28 and 33). <br />iii. Source. Clear Creek, a tributary of the South Platte River. <br />iv. Date of Appropriation: December 30, 1998. <br />V.
