The estimated cost of the project by NRSC is $475,100. The proposed NRCS grant would be <br />$338,640. That leaves a manageable debt of $136,460 to be converted into a multiyear loan. <br />The cost breakdown is summarized in table 1 below. Construction is <br />expected to begin in November 2011 and to be completed by the end of March 2012. <br />Permitting <br />All easement and rights of way have been arranged for. Arrangements will be made with <br />Mesa County and the City of Grand Junction regarding all road crossings. Arrangements will <br />also be made to deal with existing underground utilities that will be encountered during <br />construction. <br />10 <br />
