2. <br />3 <br />E <br />n <br />Add any treated water that is owned by member but treated at another entity's <br />facility. This is intended to include such sources that are part of an ongoing <br />contractual arrangement between the member and the other entity. <br />Subtract any water that is treated at member's facility but is not owned by the <br />member. <br />Based on the information obtained in steps 1 -3 above, determine the member's <br />total treated water use for each of the last five years and then calculate the average <br />annual use for the last five year period. <br />Divide the 5 -year average water use by .5 ac- ft/SFE to determine the total number <br />of SFE's. <br />Multiply the number of SFE's by six to determine the total number of <br />membership units to be assessed. <br />the number of membership units is determined and reported to SPWRAP, the <br />ment due will be determined by the following formula: <br />Member's Assessment = Membership Units X Assessment Rate <br />SPWRAP Reporting Form to determine the number of membership units for a <br />icinal member is attached. <br />
