Zf <br />During early 2002, a long term operating policy will be developed between the <br />Colorado Department of Natural Resources and the Colorado Division of <br />Wildlife for the continued use and development of managed groundwater <br />recharge facilities on State Wildlife Areas in the lower South Platte River basin. <br />Once this operating policy is finalized, $100,000 will be spent in FY 2002 -2003 <br />expanding the recharge system at the Tamarack Ranch SWA with two more <br />recharge wells next to the river. <br />Costs for all tasks related to this FY 2002 -2003 South Platte project shall not <br />exceed $250,000 from the Native Species Conservation Trust Fund. <br />4 <br />
