Your membership must be renewed annually and a new form must be completed each <br />year. The benefits of membership are applicable on a calendar year basis. <br />To begin, you must determine which membership class is most appropriate for you or <br />your organization. The information below will assist you in identifying your form. <br />Membership in SPWRAP is arranged in five different membership categories as <br />follows: <br />Class M — Municipal Water User Member <br />Class A — Agricultural Water User Member <br />Class I — Industrial Water User Member <br />Class W — Water Conservancy and Water Conservation District Water User <br />Member <br />Class X — Miscellaneous Water User Member <br />Definitions: <br />Municipal Water User Member: a private, public or quasi- public organization <br />or association which either treats, distributes (or both treats and distributes) potable water <br />to retail or wholesale end users or customers in a municipal setting. <br />Ajzricultural Water User Member: an individual, organization or association <br />which collects and/or distributes water to be primarily used for agricultural purposes, <br />including irrigation of fields and/or watering livestock. <br />Industrial Water User Member: an individual, partnership, corporation, <br />organization or association which diverts, treats and/or stores water for its own use for <br />industrial production or other commercial uses. <br />Water Conservancy and Water Conservation District Water User Member: <br />a public or quasi - public organization which is chartered by a local, state or Federal <br />government for the purpose of distributing raw (untreated) water for agricultural, <br />municipal, domestic and industrial uses. <br />Miscellaneous Water User Member: a person, public or private organization <br />or association which does not fall within any of the other categories.
