Your membership must be renewed annually and a new form must be completed each year. The benefits of membership are applicable on a calendar year basis. To begin, you must determine which membership class is most appropriate for you or your organization. The information below will assist you in identifying your form. Membership in SPWRAP is arranged in five different membership categories as follows: Class M — Municipal Water User Member Class A — Agricultural Water User Member Class I — Industrial Water User Member Class W — Water Conservancy and Water Conservation District Water User Member Class X — Miscellaneous Water User Member Definitions: Municipal Water User Member: a private, public or quasi- public organization or association which either treats, distributes (or both treats and distributes) potable water to retail or wholesale end users or customers in a municipal setting. Ajzricultural Water User Member: an individual, organization or association which collects and/or distributes water to be primarily used for agricultural purposes, including irrigation of fields and/or watering livestock. Industrial Water User Member: an individual, partnership, corporation, organization or association which diverts, treats and/or stores water for its own use for industrial production or other commercial uses. Water Conservancy and Water Conservation District Water User Member: a public or quasi - public organization which is chartered by a local, state or Federal government for the purpose of distributing raw (untreated) water for agricultural, municipal, domestic and industrial uses. Miscellaneous Water User Member: a person, public or private organization or association which does not fall within any of the other categories.
