It`was suggested that a standard protocol;be developed Tor <br />complaints: initial concern or complaint may be submitted via email,Aelephone or by any other means and shall be afforded an in kind <br />response addressing the matter by the counterpart of the other State within,a'reaso nable amount of time. Normally, such. concerns 'or <br />complaints should be raised initially withiiz one week of the occurrence of the event at issue.
