(Gibraltar Dam was the first RCC dam licensed for construction by the <br />California Division of Safety of Dams.) <br />• Stagecoach Dam: Outstanding Project Award, 1989, Colorado Chapter American <br />Concrete Institute. <br />In addition, URS personnel have authored numerous technical papers and publications on <br />RCC dam technology. Prominent among these is the "Roller- Compacted Concrete Quality <br />Control Manual" prepared for the Portland Cement Association in June 2000. We are <br />currently completing a second manual for the Portland Cement Association entitled <br />"Roller- Compacted Concrete Spillways and Overtopping Protection." <br />36 <br />
