The Project Manager will assign each
member of the project team a specific task or subtasks to complete within a specific time
interval and man -hour budget. The work effort will be monitored weekly. There will be
monthly (or more often as needed) progress reviews prepared by supervising personnel
and the Project Manager, which will assess the adequacy of technical work accomplished
to date within the specific budget. In addition to keeping the work effort on schedule, this
procedure will provide for early identification of problems that might create delays or
should be brought to the attention of the Project Participants.
Task Execution
Boyle's CRRP Project Engineer will submit to the Project Manager a brief written draft
summary setting forth the work accomplished on each task. This draft summary will
provide methods of analysis employed along with supporting calculations. Graphic
exhibits will also be prepared. These task execution summaries will become the basis for
the project's study reports. Since many tasks require input from several personnel who are
individually investigating a sub -task, the draft of the work accomplished by project element
under each task, along with schematic layouts of the CRRP alternatives, will be prepared
for review and finalization by the Project Manager.
The timely execution of the CRRP requires the review of a substantial amount of work
already accomplished. Experienced personnel will assess the completeness of the existing
information and the need for reduced or increased supplemental effort. Our team
consists of senior professional that have the experience needed to manage support staff
and their work effort. The management techniques described above will greatly help us to
complete CRRP within the State's time schedule.
Quality Assurance /Qua-hity Control Procedures
Per the RFQ, a separate section on Quality Assurance /Quality Control (QA /QC) is
contained in Section 7.
25
