6 <br />7 Concerning the funding of Colorado water conservation board projects, and making <br />8 appropriations in connection therewith. <br />9 <br />10 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br />11 <br />.12 SECTION 1. Water project. loan authorizations from the Colorado water <br />13 conservation board construction fund. <br />14 (1) Pursuant to section 37 -60 -122 (1) (b), Colorado Revised Statutes, the <br />15 Colorado water conservation board is_ hereby authorized to loan moneys from the <br />16 Colorado water conservation board construction fund to enable the construction of <br />17 the following water resources projects or the purchase of water rights with the <br />18 following priority: <br />.19 <br />20 <br />01 <br />Priority <br />22 <br />(a) <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />(b) <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />(c) <br />30 <br />31 <br />Borrower - Project <br />Loan Amount <br />Central Colorado Water Conservancy District - $15;000,000 <br />Water Rights Purchase, Reservoir Construction, <br />and Recharge Construction* <br />Kern Reservoir and Ditch Company - $396205000 <br />Kern Reservoir Rehabilitation* <br />Poudre Tech Metropolitan District - $251805000 <br />Dual Water System and Reservoir Construction* <br />32 Total $2098005,000 <br />33 *This loan is to refinance water projects wholly or partially completed <br />34 <br />35 (2) The Colorado water conservation board may make loans for the <br />36 construction of the projects specified in subsection (1) of this section from such <br />37 moneys as are or may hereafter become available to the Colorado water conservation <br />38 board construction fund. Said loans shall be in the amounts listed in subsection (1) of <br />39 this section plus or minus such amounts, if any, as may be justified by reason of <br />00 ordinary fluctuations in construction costs as indicated by the engineering cost <br />
