This document is included for <br />presentation /discussion at the January 13 Workshop. <br />Clayton <br />>Dale, <br />> Attached is a revised version of the draft "USFWS Instream Flow <br />> Recommendations" document for distribution to the Governance Committee. It <br />>is our understanding that the GC intends to discuss this document at the <br />>Jan 13/14 workshop and meeting. <br />>Two files are attached. One is a marked -up version of the previous (June <br />>26) draft, the second is a "clean" version of the document with the <br />>redlining and strike -out text removed. <br />>A couple of summary comments on this version may be helpful: <br />>(1) We have converted this document to MS -Word format that is (hopefully) <br />>less problematic for some recipients to deal with than our previous format; <br />>(2) Some new discussion and three new attachments have been added <br />>adressing the "operation of approved WAP projects and the three initial <br />> Program projects relative to Program target flows ". These additions <br />,*reflect the need to translate annual pulse flow recommendations into daily <br />flow targets, and to develop criteria by which "wet" vs. "average" vs. <br />> "dry" basin conditions will be defined /declared during the First Increment <br />>of the-Program.
