Attaached you will <br />find <br />three documents. The first two are for the NAS scope of work. I have <br />provided two versions the shorter version is a rewrite of the original <br />draft <br />which you did not see and I will only send it if you want because it <br />will <br />only confus things more. The longer version is the current rewrite that <br />people are proposing with my suggested changes in readline. A <br />conference <br />call will be held on Monday to discuss the longer draft. Please take a <br />look <br />at the options. Many on our team would like to keep things as short and <br />direct as possible and not focus at all on the potentail affects of the <br />program. Nebraska and the Service want to look at the Program. Please <br />provide input by this FRIDAY <br />The third attachment is the Services clarification of the flow <br />objectives. <br />I have not yet reviewed. The document has proved difficult to open <br />(which is <br />why it is in PDF) and I could not forward until today and the Service <br />wants <br />omments by TOMORROW.
