163 AMP Implementation Update
164 Smith provided a presentation on the results of the February 2010 AMP Reporting Session in
165 Denver, PRRIP responses to the 2009 ISAC Findings, and next steps on AMP implementation.
166 Thabault asked about the context for some of the tern and plover numbers and how the Program
167 is going to consider looking at Platte River birds in the context of the larger population. Smith
168 said that is a challenge that the ED Office and technical representatives of the Program continue
169 to assess. Smith noted one example of how to address context is to collect tern and plover data
170 and analyze it by plugging that data into a population model that can reflect how the Platte River
