PRRIP - ED OFFICE FINAL
01/09/2008
Protocol Implementation Approach
• Proposal clearly states an understanding that the developed protocol will be used to define
the final scope and budget for the stage change study and that the Governance Committee
must give final approval for contractor to proceed with protocol implementation.
• Proposal provides enough detail on the developed protocol to convey an understanding of the
stage change study.
Schedule
Adheres to Governance Committee's critical dates or offers alternative schedule and describes
logic and reasons for the alternative.
Deliverables
• Proposal utilizes information from Program Document, Adaptive Management Plan, Final
Environmental Impact Study, Final Biological Opinion, relevant studies and /or reports by the
Nebraska Game & Parks Commission, USGS, National Research Council, and others to
develop the draft protocol.
• Proposal identifies plan for draft protocol and acknowledges that draft will be reviewed and
revised before being finalized.
• Proposal outlines future deliverables including raw data, models, and other documents or
materials collected and /or developed as a part of the study.
COST PROPOSAL
Protocol Development
Proposal includes the scope, timeline, and budget for developing a detailed protocol for
estimating the effects of stage change on the identified physical parameters. There is sufficient
detail to identify all aspects of data collection, analysis, and reporting for the overall project.
Protocol Implementation
Proposal identifies costs and hours allocated for each task in the scope of work and the total cost
for the project. Hourly rates and reimbursable expenses for the proposing firm/individual and any
subcontractors must be attached to the detailed price proposal.
•
