We have spent the last few weeks working through
several drafts to reflect the mutual intent of the interests involved. We
offer this Committee Report language to You now as a clarification of the
intent of the language in the legislation which we negotiated. We are hopeful
that you will find it acceptable and that it will soon lead to final passage
of the 'egisiation. We greatly appreciate the opportunity you have given us
to offer this draft of Committee Report language and we are, of course, always
available to answer any questions that may arise.
Sincerely,
SIERRA CLUB SOUTHWEST OFFICE
By e
Maggie Fox, Southwest Representative
NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
By
Greg Hobbs, Davis, Graham $ Stubbs
