<br />for and in consideration of the terms and conditions of a
<br />contract dated November 1, 1980, between the CITY OF RIFLE, and
<br />the STATE OF COLORADO, Contract Fund No. 4008, G/L Account No.
<br />5316, Contract Encumbrance No. C153335, reference to which is
<br />made for greater certainty, hereby quit claims to the State of
<br />Colorado, for the use and benefit of the Department of Natural
<br />Resources, Colorado Water Conservation Board, the following
