Gimbel <br />CWCB Director <br />Attached for your records are the original documents relative to the agreement between <br />the Upper Yampa Water Conservancy District (District) and the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board, Loan Contract No. C153330, dated July 1, 1979, as amended. The documents have been <br />stamped "PAID IN FULL" denoting that the terms of the agreement have been satisfied in full <br />by the District. <br />Attached is the original Quit Claim Deed recorded December 26, 2012, which transfers <br />the collateral back to the District.
