Also please note <br />that a late justification is also being requested as the performance period is through September 30, 2000. <br />The original Agreement, Contract Encumberance Number C 153878, Fund Number 100, Appropriation <br />Code R 018 and 018, Fund Number 12 H, Appropriation Code PRB, and GBL PRB requires a time <br />extension for the period of performance through March 31, 2000 (originally through Septemr 30, <br />The referenced Agreement is administratively complex primarily due to the numerous part esinvol ed00). <br />which include multiple public (state and federal) and private parties. The parties to the Agreement had <br />agreed that a time extension to the period of performance was required (no additional funds are requested). <br />The United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation initiated a Modification to <br />4�11odiflcation ssistance Agreement 99 -FC -60 -11870 (attached as Modification 003). Upon receipt of this signed <br />it came to my, attention that the modification to the Agreement required the signatures of all <br />the parties to the Agreement which for Colorado means that the Principle Representative, Controllers <br />Office, and Attorney General's Office all need to sign the modification to render it binding, <br />Flood Protection - Water Project Planning and Financing - Stream and Lake Protection <br />Water Supply Protection - Conservation oia,,,, ;. <br />
