7 Mav 2012 PLATTE RIVER RECOVERY IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM Custom Database and Web Site Development, Hosting and /Maintenance, 2012 APRIL 2012 Progress Report The following work was performed by April 27 "i, 2012: 1 Hosting, Support, and Maintenance 1.1 Operational Support Provided technical support to end users as needed. Made requested modifications to protocol datasheets. Continuing to monitor database performance. No issues have been encountered since the updates were made to the database configuration. Tightened firewall security to reduce unauthorized login attempts from abroad. Reviewed and monitored server performance. 2 System Development/Enhancements 2.1 SharePoint Upgrade - 5 % Nothing performed in April. This task will fully commence in May. 2.2 F1owLink Migration - 80% Worked on database transfer scripts to prepare for cut -over to production system. 2.3 SSL Security Implementation -10% Nothing performed in March. 2.4 Progress Tracking Application No activity. Scheduled for Sept /Oct. 2.5 SDIt Conversion - 99% The SDR has been updated to allow operations on the data through the U1. Phase I of the OPDB application is complete and has been deployed to PRRIP: llttp: / /www t)latteriverprogram orb/ intranet/ PrograinData /SDRDataManagemenUQAQC.,,t for testing by David, Megan, Justin, and Gary as they are able. A copy of the live data is being used for this test phase. Included in this phaseare the change requests made by Megan earlier this year. The changes have been applied to the InfoPath forms and to the OPDB application. Another set of requests came in from Megan last week for changes /additions to the InfoPath forms - these will get reviewed and incorporated into a Phase II release of the OPDB application, which will also include an additional Nest filter, ID search box to locate records quickly, and any other suggestions that have been approved.
