The services were <br />provided during the time period ending April 28, 2012 and specifically pertain to the evaluation of the <br />Choke Point near North Platte, Nebraska.. During this time period the following work was completed. <br />• Review of previous work and modeling completed by TetraTech and Steve Smith to <br />evaluate alternatives involving a long -term reduction in river stage. <br />• Evaluation of conceptual improvements related to: (a) utilization of the State Channel; <br />(b) overflow improvements for the Connell Pond; and (c) dredging and jetties within the <br />North Platte River. <br />• Coordination with Steve Smith regarding existing data and modeling results. <br />Should you have any questions related to the invoice or the work completed to date, do not hesitate to <br />contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />ANdERSON CONSULTING ENgiNEERS, INC. <br />1 <br />Bradley .
