SEEDS FOR THE FUTURE PROGRAM -
SPONSORED BY CARGILL, DEKALB, MYCOGEN AND FONTANELLE
Cargill, DeKalb, Mycogen and Fontanelle are excited to assist local FFA and 4H Chapters in the preparation of our next
generation of agriculture professionals.
Cargill, DeKalb, Mycogen and Fontanelle can provide financial contributions to local FFA and 4H Chapters funded by
seed corn sales to farmers. Here is how It works.
Every seed corn order over 50 bags placed with Cargill by December 31, 2009 qualifies for a $2.00 per bag
contribution to an FFA or 4H chapter of the customer's choosing. To initiate this contribution the following steps
must take place.
1. Customer must place a seed corn order with Cargill of at least 50 bags.
2. The order must be place no later than Dec 31, 2009.
3. The customer must agree to a $.50 (50 cent) per bag additional charge.
4. Cargill will contribute $.75 (75 cent) per bag.
5. Dekalb, Mycogen or Fontanelle will contribute $.75 (75 cent) per bag.
6. The customer will choose an FFA or 4H chapter for the contribution.
7. Cargill will submit payment to the chapter within 45 days of the order being place.
100 bag order x $2.00 /bag = $200 contribution to your FFA or 4H
500 bag order x $2.00 /bag = $1,000 contribution to your FFA or 4H
1,000 bag order x $2.00 /bag = $2,000 contribution to your FFA or 4H
Cargill, Dekalb, Mycogen and Fontanelle are excited to assist the local FFA and 4H chapters. We encourage the
leaders and members of these chapters to assist in our efforts to facilitate these funds.
