_ Task 12 - Coordination and Reporting <br />The MKE Project Manager shall maintain close, informal contact with the City <br />of Greeley's Contracting Officer or designated representative throughout the <br />Contract period. MKE shall prepare a brief, monthly, task -by -task written <br />status report for this project. In addition, an interim report on the <br />alternatives developed from Task 7 shall be submitted. MKE shall submit task <br />work to the City and the CWCB for review as it is completed. Records of MKE's <br />labor and other direct cost shall be kept internally. No cost reporting <br />procedure is anticipated, due to the lump -sum nature of the contract, unless <br />specifically required in writing by the Owner in accordance with Section 7.6 <br />of this contract. In the letter of transmittal for the final report, MKE <br />shall give its recommendations to the City regarding the feasibility of this <br />project and recommendations for interim operating procedures. <br />- 17 - <br />
