This fund is provided to finance <br />extraordinary costs beyond the scope of operation, maintenance and replacement <br />costs, such as repairing damage to project facilities resulting from floods, <br />windstorms, etc. The amount of the "Emergency Operating Fund" shall be <br />established from the guidelines supplied by the CWCB. <br />Task 9 - CHAPTER VII - Project Evaluation <br />Under project evaluation, the City's payment capacity shall be assessed based <br />on the revenues from sale of municipal and industrial water, which are <br />anticipated to be derived from the proposed project. This shall include a <br />statement of the annual dollar, :ame t o e i. s to be obtained and the <br />source of or basis for such values.,•• <br />x <br />Task 10 - CHAPTER VIII - Financial Program <br />The financial program analysis shall include an allocation of project costs. <br />An explanation shall also be provided as to how the revenues shall be derived <br />to pay reimbursable project costs. A payout schedule shall be developed <br />showing each major item of income and expense, principal and interest payment <br />on construction fund for each year of the repayment period. <br />Task 11 - Prepare Final Report <br />Although the technical components of the feasibility study shall be covered in <br />Tasks 2 through 8, an essential element in the acceptability of the study <br />resultsis the incorporation of the work and work products into a comprehensive <br />final report for this project. The report shall be organized according to the <br />CWCB guidelines and shall contain a narrative discussion of the study process <br />and reasoning behind the formulation of alternatives, and the selection of the <br />preferred plan.
