No <br />payments shall be made to the Contractor under <br />this contract unless copies of current <br />certificates of all such insurance have been <br />obtained by the Contractor and filed with the <br />State. Such filing of current certificates shall <br />be accomplished before the beginning of <br />construction. Notices of renewals of said <br />policies shall also be filed with the State as <br />they occur. <br />6. Permit periodic inspection of construction by <br />authorized representatives of the State during and after <br />construction. <br />7. Without expense to the St ag operate, and <br />maintain the project continuou e t and <br />economical manner, and assume ga ity for such <br />management, operation, and main an Contractor agrees <br />to indemnify and hold the State h m rom any liability <br />incurred by the State as a resu a States interest in <br />the project facilities and any' a property identified in <br />paragraph B.12. below. The Con shall maintain <br />comprehensive general liability insurance covering the <br />management, operation, and maintenance of the project from the <br />time it accepts the constructed project as substantially <br />completed until it completes repayment to the State, in at <br />least the following amounts: <br />a. Make the services of said project available within its <br />capacity to all qualified persons in the Contractor's service <br />area without discrimination as to race, color, religion, or <br />natural origin at reasonable charges (including assessments, <br />taxes, or fees), whether for one or more classes of service, in <br />accordance with a schedule of such charges formally adopted by <br />the Contractor through its City Council, as may be modified <br />from time to time.
