Attached for your records are the original documents relative to the agreement between
the City of Greeley (City) and the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), Loan Contract
No. C153633A, dated November 19, 1992, as amended. The documents have been stamped
"PAID IN FULL" denoting that the terms of the agreement have been satisfied in full by the
City. Also attached are the original documents for Feasibility Report Contract, Contract No.
C153573, which was merged into Loan Contract No. C153633A.
The Deed of Trust and Amended Deed of Trust have been released and are included. A
copy of the Request for full Release of Deed of Trust and Release is also included. The recorded
original has been lost in the mail; however, a certified copy can be obtained from the Larimer
County Clerk and Recorder if needed.
