SCHEDULE A <br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br />CONSTRUCTION FUND PROGRAM PROCEDURES <br />1. Board approval of engineering firm and engineering <br />.agreement between engineering firm and project sponsor. <br />2. Preparation of detailed plans and specifications for <br />authorized projects by consulting engineering firm. <br />3. Approval of detailed plans and specifications by Board <br />staff (plans and specifications for storage dams and <br />reservoirs must also be approved by State Engineer's <br />office). <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />Board staff approval of bid or <br />staff present at.bid openin c <br />project. Board <br />ction. <br />Project sponsor may is n of award and the <br />notice to proceed with c r to the contractor <br />(both notices must be approvg the Board staff before <br />they are Issued). �.,�'� <br />Conduct a pre- constructionference. <br />construction schedule by Board staff. <br />Approval of <br />7. Construction commences. The Board staff makes periodic <br />Inspections during construction. The consulting engineer certifies that the project has <br />been completed according to approved drawings and <br />specifications and arranges for final inspection. <br />9. Final inspection and acceptance of as -built project by <br />Board staff. <br />10.
