1 <br />2. <br />3 <br />4. <br />5. <br />SCHEDULE A <br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br />CONSTRUCTION FUND PROGRAM PROCEDURES <br />Board approval of engineering firm and engineering agreement between <br />engineering firm and project sponsor. <br />Preparation of detailed plans and specifications for authorized projects by <br />consulting engineering firm. <br />Approval of detailed plans and specifications by Board staff (plans and <br />specifications for storage dams and reservoirs must also be approved by State <br />Engineer's Office). <br />Board staff approval of bidding for the project. Board staff present at bid <br />opening for construction. <br />Project sponsor may issue the notice of award and <br />construction to the contractor (both notices must t <br />red with <br />Board staff <br />before they are issued).¢,. <br />6. Conduct a pre - construction conference. Approval of ction schedule by <br />I <br />Board staff. '� 4 <br />7. Construction commences. The Board staff makes periodic inspections during <br />construction. All change orders must be approved by the Board staff in advance <br />and before any construction on change items can commence. Emergency items <br />cleared by telephone. <br />8. The consulting engineer certifies that the project has been completed according to <br />approved drawings and specifications and arranges for final inspection. <br />9. Final inspection and acceptance of as -built project by Board staff. <br />10. Submittal of as -built drawings to Board staff for approval and filing. <br />EXHIBIT D <br />
