County <br />of Jackson, State of Colorado <br />Consisting of 180 acres, more or less; together with <br />the reservoir storage rights, improvements to be made, <br />and all easements and other rights pertaining to it. <br />4. Farm Credit Bank shall subordinate its liens as to the above <br />property so Debtor can grant a first lien thereon to the <br />State of Colorado. <br />5.
