Appropriation <br />Program WTRC Object Code 5� Contract Encumbrance Number, C ,�� � 6 ,cam l and <br />WHEREAS, required approval, clearance and coordination have been accomplished from and with appropriate agencies; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of 37 -60 -119 a 120, olorado Revised <br />Statutes, the State is authorized to loan money for the co of ojects for the <br />benefit of the people of the State provided that the r ayment of that <br />money; and ,► <br />WHEREAS, the Contractor is The Wamsley Cad Many, Inc. in the State of <br />Colorado and it wishes to rehabilitate its Pole Mount am an d Reservoir facilities, <br />hereinafter sometimes called the project, for the benefit o The Wamsley Cattle Company, <br />Inc. shareholders in Jackson County, Colorado, at an estimated cost of Forty -Five <br />Thousand Dollars ($45,000); and <br />WHEREAS, the State now desires by this project contract to loan money for the <br />construction of said project upon mutually agreeable terms. and conditions, subject to the <br />availability of funding for that purpose; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to section 1 of chapter 32, Session Laws of Colorado 1987, as <br />amended by HB 93 -1273, the State has been authorized to loan Forty -Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($45,000) for construction of the project. <br />Page 1 of 11 Pages <br />
