(C) A petition for recall shall be signed by a number of registered electors equal to <br />or more in number than 25% of the entire vote cast at the last preceding regular election <br />for all candidates to the office, divided by the number of persons elected to the office at <br />the last preceding regular election. (Alternative 1) <br />(D) Except to the extent inconsistent with this Charter or procedures prescribed by <br />ordinance, the procedures and provisions for recall as provided by Colorado Statutes <br />applicable to municipal governing bodies shall apply to recall of the Town Council. <br />(E) The Town shall not reimburse any person for expenses incurred with regard to <br />recall elections. <br />(F) After one recall petition and election, no further petitions shall be accepted <br />against the same Councilmember during the term for which the Councilmember was <br />elected unless the number of petitioners signing said petition shall equal or exceed 50% <br />of the entire vote cast at the last preceding regular election for all candidates for the <br />office, divided by the number of persons elected to the office at the last preceding regular <br />election.
