June 30, 2008 <br />projects, changes in water administration, changing climatic conditions, forest fires, increased <br />sediment loading, over -use of resources by recreational interests, insufficient facilities to support <br />recreational use, and land development. The Stakeholder Group will develop consensus <br />strategies in the Management Plan Alternative to protect the ORVs from these types of potential <br />impacts. <br />Table 2: Summary of Potential Issues is a compilation of issues that may potentially affect the <br />ORVs. Each issue is listed, followed by a brief description and specific examples of potential <br />changes or influences on each issue. "All Flow- related ORV" issues are likely to affect all <br />ORVs. Issues that are specific to the recreation fishing ORV, the recreation floatboating ORV, or <br />related to land use are called out separately. <br />-26- <br />
