5. Require all Construction Firms and their subcontractors to maintain during the <br />term of their contracts for project construction the following: <br />a. Workmen's compensation and employers' liability insurance in the required <br />statutory amounts. <br />b. Automobile liability insurance for all vehicles, and comprehensive general <br />liability insurance, both in at least the following amounts: <br />(1) For any injury to one person in any single occurrence, the sum of Five <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000). <br />(2) For any injury to two or more persons in any single occurrence, the sum <br />of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000). <br />(3) For any damage to property, the sum of Four Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars ($400,000) for each occurrence. <br />Said general liability insurance shall name the Contractor and the State as <br />co- insureds. No payments shall be made to the Contractor under this contract <br />unless copies of current certificates of h insurance have been obtained <br />by the Contractor and filed with the ` uch Alin of current certificates <br />shall be accomplished before ' ' ' oft:; truction. Permit periodic inspection of construction authorized representatives of the <br />State during and after construction. <br />re <br />7. Without expense to the State, manage, operate, and maintain the project <br />continuously in an efficient and economical manner, and assume all legal liability for such <br />management, operation, and maintenance. The Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold <br />the State harmless from any liability incurred by the State as a result of the State's interest <br />in the project facilities and any other property identified in paragraph A.14. below. The <br />Contractor shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance covering the <br />management, operation, and maintenance of the project from the time it accepts the <br />constructed project as substantially completed until it completes repayment to the State, in <br />at least the following amounts: <br />a. For any injury to one person in any single occurrence, the sum of Five <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000). <br />b.
