Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District <br />Video and Teleconferencing Facilities <br />Availability <br />Available on a first -come, first -serve basis, Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (after hour events can <br />also be arranged). Contact either Margie Miller (719) 948 -2400 or Toni Gonzales (719) 948 -0085 to <br />schedule your use of the facility. <br />Ca acit <br />The large conference room can seat 20 people at the conference room table and up to 50 additional <br />people with audience -type setting. The small conference room can seat 14 around the conference table <br />and 14 additional seating around the room. <br />Equipment <br />Large conference room - Public- address and audio presentation system, (moveable podium with <br />microphone, table -top microphones, optional wireless microphone for presenters, and audio cassette <br />and CD players); audio recording; video projector for VHS tape and PowerPoint presentations; <br />retractable ceiling- mounted screen; built in connections for laptop; data ports; telephone conferencing <br />and video conferencing systems (using a dedicated phoneline for teleconferencing and three ISDN lines <br />for video conferencing); overhead projector; dry -erase board; lighting, audio and video equipment <br />operable via remote control. <br />Small conference room - Chalkboard, overhead projector, three computer data ports with phone <br />line connection. <br />Common Area <br />Use of the kitchen is also available. Although we do not provide catering service, you can feel free to <br />arrange your own luncheon /dinner meeting.
